Anger and Anxiety Management
Emotional or anger management counseling is a way to achieve results if you want to increase your emotional intelligence and improve the things in your life that matter most such as your marriage, parenting skills, career development and health. My approach provides targeted and relevant support based on your goals. Sessions are focused on positive behavior change and creating new habits, so emotions won’t control your life.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. To date, EMDR therapy has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stress.

Talks and training can be customized for your audience and event. Based on your objectives, the format is flexible integrating lively presentations and engaging group discussions. Short on time? Calibrate consists of six, solution-focused sessions designed to provide insight and tools to change negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are holding you back. Calibrate programs include anger management, anxiety management, sleep improvement, career calibrate, couples refresh and managing life changes. You can continue counseling or coaching after your six sessions, but this program will give you a jump start.
